The 4 Horses Gifted To Queen Elizabeth By the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Play Key Role In Her Funeral Procession

Queen Elizabeth II was gifted a total of eight horses from the Royal Canadian Mounties over her 70 year reign, including the famous Burmese whom she ode at so many trooping the colour events. Four of those eight horses are still alive today and helped lead the Queens funeral procession. "The horses are an unequivocally important part of that," said Capt. Catherine Russell, the fleet`s ceremonial coordinator.
